DELIVERY INFORMATION
We use established national carriers and dispatch items using a 48 hour service, however, in the majority of cases they are delivered on the next working day in the UK. In any event please allow up to five working days.
All deliveries must be signed for. Please make all necessary arrangements to take delivery. You should check the delivery immediately. If there is a discrepancy or an item is damaged you must let us know immediately.
RETURNS
If you have received the incorrect item or you received the item damaged please inform us within 24 hours of receipt using e-mail: support@dsdtools.co.uk / contact form. We will arrange collection for a swap or refund at our cost* within 14 days of receipt.
If in the event no fault or damage is found we reserve the right to charge for the collection and re-delivery of the item or recover the costs from your refund. We advise all goods are checked before use, once the goods have been used any issues identified within the warranty period will be handled through the manufacturing brands warranty procedure found on our warranty page.
WARRANTY CLAIMS
We will handle all manufacturer warranty claims on your behalf. Specific warranty information can be found in the “details” section of each product page or requested by email: support@dsdtools.co.uk . Pictures of the flaw or defect may be necessary to complete your claim.
Warranty claims in 3 Easy Steps:
1. Claim a warranty by email: supprt@dsdtools.co.uk
2. Send it back (DSD TOOLS will provide all manufacturer-specific return instructions within 3 days of validating the warranty claim).
3. Get your replacement (A replacement will be processed as soon as your defective item is on its way back to us).
